More of Japan, the Snow Monkeys and Tokyo

I forgot what this is called but its some old palace type building right in the heart of downtown Tokyo which is nice to see something old in such a modern clean and nicely scented city I must say.
Entrance to Hibiya not far from Ginza
Ginza neighborhood in Tokyo, huge diagonal crosswalks
The Tokyo Central Park called Hibiya
No trip to Tokyo is complete without Godzilla
A Japanese grandfather took this for me.
Gotta clean each other up, these crazy monkeys
It was freaking cold up here, but worth it for this shot
I would have to say these monkeys are really cool

Side Trip to Nagano Japan

Then I went and visited the nearby Zenkoji Temple. I know that I should go to Kyoto for the good stuff but this was in Nagano so it was easier

First morning I awoke to some beautiful snow falling, exactly what I was hoping for when I got there. So I wandered around in the morning. Ohaeyu Gozaimas.
I decided to leave Korea during a short term break we had and head to the mountains of Japan. Nagano, Japan is a nice city home of the 1998 Winter Olympics and if I was a good skier I would have gone to one of many ski resorts they have. Instead I just saw some sights and of course the famous Snow Monkeys not too far away. Overall I loved Japan for the short time I was there. I wandered the streets of the Ginza neighborhood in Tokyo for a few hours before my plane left. Sorry there aren't any pics with me in them but that's the trouble when travelling alone unless I can hornswaggle a local to take my picture but I was feeling not so brave this time around. Anyway you can enjoy the natural beauty a little bit.
